Everything you need after you sign up

The portal is built around the day-to-day of running payments, not around a settings screen you visit once.

  • Hosted checkout

Send a customer to a payment page that already handles every channel, on any device.

  • One API, three services

Integrate once. Turning a payment service on or off is a switch in the portal, not a release.

  • Live transaction view

Watch payments land, filter by channel or status, and open any transaction down to the raw provider response.

  • Settlement you can reconcile

Every payout ties back to the transactions inside it, so your books close without a spreadsheet hunt.

  • Refunds without a support ticket

Issue a full or partial refund from the transaction itself and keep the payer informed by email.

  • Sandbox from day one

Test keys and simulated payments let your developers finish the integration while verification is still in review.

Payment methods

Visa, Mastercard, QR and e-wallets — all supported.

Take the payment however your customer wants to make it. Every method lands in the same ledger, settles on the same schedule, and refunds the same way.

  • Visa

Credit and debit cards on the Visa network, authorised and captured through the same checkout as every other method.

  • Mastercard

Credit and debit cards on the Mastercard network, with the same settlement timetable and the same refund flow.

  • QR payment

Your customer scans a code and confirms in the banking app they already use — nothing to type, nothing to remember.

  • E-wallets

The wallets your customers already carry, so paying takes a tap rather than a card number.

Which methods are available to you depends on the agreement your account is approved for. Card scheme and wallet names belong to their respective owners.

Getting started

Live in three steps

Nothing about the portal is hidden from you, but live payments stay locked until your identity check clears.

  1. 1Step 1

    Create an account

Sign up with your email, say whether you are registering as an individual or as a business, and confirm the one-time code we send you.

    About 2 minutes

  2. 2Step 2

    Verify your identity

An individual completes KYC; a registered business completes KYB. The portal lists exactly which fields and documents are still missing.

    1 to 2 business days

  3. 3Step 3

    Start accepting payments

Approval unlocks your live keys and the payment services. Point your checkout at the portal and take your first payment.

    Same day

FAQ

Questions merchants ask before signing up

If the answer you need is not here, our team replies to email within one business day.

Accepting money on behalf of a business is regulated. Until your KYC or KYB is approved you can sign in, look around and finish your integration in sandbox — but you cannot take a live payment.

An individual submits a government ID and a selfie. A registered business adds its registration papers and details of the people who own or control it. The portal lists the exact requirements once you pick your account type.

Most submissions are reviewed within one to two business days. If something is missing you are told which field or document to fix, rather than simply being turned away.

No. You are onboarded under our platform agreement, and payouts land in the bank account you register with us.

Settlement runs on a T+1 schedule for most channels. Over-the-counter payments follow the cut-off of the partner that collected them.

Yes. Sandbox keys are issued as soon as you confirm your email, and every payment service can be exercised end to end with test data.
